We fix what's broken, fast, and we don't disappear after the invoice. Emergency dispatch available across Erieville and the surrounding zip codes.
Call +1-866-805-8548 and describe what your system is doing — the symptoms help us send a tech prepared with the right parts.
Ask as many questions as you want; we'd rather over-explain than leave you unsure.
Most repairs are completed same-visit, and we test the system before we leave to confirm it's actually holding.
Leonard HVAC grew one honest service call at a time in communities like Erieville. We invest in ongoing training so our techs recognize a failing capacitor, a cracked heat exchanger, or a refrigerant leak before it turns into an emergency.
You won't find us buried under layers of call-center scripts — we're the team that shows up in the truck, not a subcontractor we've never met. We carry the credentials Erieville inspectors and property managers expect to see, and we keep that documentation available on request for every job, residential or commercial.
We know which neighborhoods run on older ductwork and which subdivisions were built with newer high-efficiency systems. That local knowledge shapes the maintenance schedules we recommend — it's the difference between a tech who's guessing and a tech who's seen your exact situation a hundred times before.
Trust in this industry gets eroded fast, and it takes real consistency to earn it back. That's the gap we built Leonard HVAC to close. We track arrival windows, callback rates, and repeat-issue complaints internally so problems get caught before they become patterns, because a customer who trusts us once tends to call us again — and Erieville is a small enough community that reputation travels fast.
That local context saves time on every call, because we're not starting from zero on basic questions about your neighborhood or your system. We keep parts inventory stocked based on what actually fails most often on Erieville's housing stock.
Whether it's a mid-summer breakdown or a planned system replacement, our Erieville techs handle it with the same level of care.
Breakdowns rarely happen at a convenient time, which is exactly why our emergency line runs 24 hours a day. Our Erieville dispatch team moves emergency tickets to the front of the schedule so a technician is diagnosing your system as fast as physically possible.
We keep the truck stocked with the parts that fail most often on the equipment common to Erieville homes, which is exactly why most repairs don't require a return visit.
If your unit is past its expected service life, running loud, or spiking your utility bill, a replacement conversation is worth having. We walk Erieville homeowners through load calculations so the new system is sized correctly for the actual square footage before a single piece of equipment gets ordered.
We protect floors and entryways during the install and haul away the old equipment so you're not left dealing with disposal.
Downtime in a commercial space costs money every hour a system is offline. Our commercial division services multi-zone commercial buildouts across Erieville, with service agreements built around your operating hours.
Property managers working with multiple Erieville locations can set up a standing account so every site gets consistent service history and pricing.
A seasonal tune-up catches the kind of wear that turns into a mid-summer no-cool call. Beyond standard tune-ups, we also handle humidifier, dehumidifier, and air purifier installation for Erieville households that want more than just temperature control.
Maintenance plan members in Erieville get scheduling reminders automatically, so tune-ups don't fall through the cracks during a busy season.
We'd rather set clear expectations upfront than make vague promises we can't back up.
Every repair comes with a workmanship warranty explained in plain terms before we leave.
We quote a flat rate before work begins and that number doesn't change once you approve it.
If anything feels off after we leave, one call gets a tech back to your Erieville address.
Most breakdowns don't happen without warning — they announce themselves for weeks before the system actually quits.
Rattling during startup often means a component has worked itself loose and needs tightening before it causes real damage.
Weak airflow from the vents often traces back to a clogged filter, a failing blower motor, or leaking ductwork.
A system working harder than it should to hit the same temperature shows up directly on your utility bill.
This is one of the warning signs we recommend not waiting on.
A burning smell should never be ignored — it can indicate an electrical issue that needs immediate attention.
Repeated repairs on an aging system are usually the clearest sign that replacement will save more money than another patch job.
We explain diagnostic fees and repair estimates before authorizing work.
Because our trucks are stationed near Erieville, we're rarely far from your address.
We don't consider a job finished until the system is actually performing correctly.
Every technician carries current state licensing and manufacturer training.
You make the final call — we just make sure you have the full picture.
Replacement systems don't have to be paid in one lump sum.

Understanding what typically fails helps homeowners know what to watch for and when a repair call is worth making before things get worse.
The shift between peak heating and peak cooling demand is exactly when older or neglected equipment tends to fail. Filters should be checked monthly during heavy-use seasons and replaced roughly every 60-90 days depending on your household and any pets.
Keeping vents unblocked by furniture and rugs helps maintain even airflow throughout the home. None of this replaces a professional tune-up, but it does reduce the wear that leads to premature breakdowns between visits.
Our technicians train across the major residential and commercial equipment lines, so you're not limited to a single brand's service network. If your system was installed by a different company entirely, that's not a problem — we service equipment regardless of who originally put it in, and we'll pull the model and serial information to confirm parts compatibility before any repair begins.
Every tech on our Erieville roster goes through background checks, licensing verification, and ongoing manufacturer training.
